The man of the people (this is the title of the first work officially produced and distributed exclusively by the Ma.Ra.Cash Records label) tells, using the structure of the concept, the figure of the patron saint of the city of Bari (Bishop of Myra ) history, devotion and customs of the city that has its roots in the Italics Peucezi. The sounds immediately bring to mind the Made in Italy program (PFM school and Banco del Mutuo Soccorso) of the golden age. The clean, linear, deep and engaging singing accompanies melodies, overdubs, solos and sudden changes of tempos treated with maniacal attention. A unique and precious work (official release 3 July 2021) that brings to mind, at least in terms of content, the Italian songwriting of great masters such as De Andrè. The tracks, 6 in total, open with '1087', a real 'sound ride' among the sea waves (in search of the Saint's bones); This is followed by 'Folle Miraggio' (the return of the sailors to the city). Typical 70s melodies and sounds follow one another, telling us, through a completely unusual narration, even of the saint's miracles (as in 'My Daughters' and 'La Locanda Nella Notte'). The sequence of tracks 'La Nostra Festa' (listening to the scents can also be perceived) and 'U Sand Nèste', the only text sung in the local dialect, concluding band.
A daring and happily successful job that of Hora Prima, a group consolidated in 2018 and, with good reason, with a noteworthy following of fans (follow them also on their Facebook page: horaprimaband).
