This new Tilion CD is a compilation of songs from the first period and a totally new song. These are long suites found in the trunk of memories of music forgotten by the group. In truth they are beautiful songs that range from psychedelia to the most symphonic prog, mixing classical music with jazz, metal and electronics.
In 2003, the cultural association COLOSSUS offers TILION the opportunity to write and create two suites freely inspired by the characters of two Sergio Leone films. This is how CHEYENNE was born, published in 2004 by the French label MUSEA RECORDS in "THE SPAGHETTI EPIC" (tribute to the film Once upon a time in the west) and one year after IL BRUTTO, the longest rock-suite created so far by the group (well 27 minutes of music !!) published by MUSEA in "THE SPAGHETTI EPIC II" (tribute to the film The Good, the Bad and the Ugly). The two suites are in their own way linked to the progressive seventies, played with strictly analog instruments and express the band's "dark progressive" vein, to the point that in many cases TILION are combined with the legendary BRONZE BALLET. The group shows that it has not lost its polish even in the bonus track composed especially for the album (Nel Volo) where the streaks of classic prog emerge even more.
