This is the new remastered and bonus tracked version of Tilion's third album. The ten original compositions are truly bizarre and very interesting. It is not unusual for this band to venture into different musical styles; in fact this is the rule rather than the exception on this record. The sound collages of the individual compositions touch folk, jazz, heavy art rock and progressive metal in terms of style variations. Creepy-sounding synthesizers; sometimes almost sick-sounding; they are used throughout to create a distinct; dark atmospheres, reinforced by the intelligent use of the acoustic guitar or by a dark and distorted electric one; while the flute and additional synthesizer layers along with the vocals contrast the gloomy mood but with lighter and warmer undertones of the soundscape. Songs often switch quickly from one theme to another; and in selected cases dissonances and disharmonies are used to create an almost frightening general atmosphere. The Bonus Tracks are very different from the originals and are really new for fans of the band.
