“Norn” è un’opera rock, nella tradizione del gruppo Phaedra. Il concept è stato elaborato su un racconto del genere gotico, scritto da Claudio Bonvecchio, dal titolo “Il prigioniero”.

Il titolo NORN fa riferimento alle tre divinità della mitologia norrena, che sovraintendono ai destini dell'umanità. Le musiche riflettono i diversi momenti narrati dai testi sul retaggio del genere progressivo con l'utilizzo sia di strumenti elettrici sia acustici; per la prima volta nella storia del gruppo, compare anche il canto lirico femminile.
