With the same quintet from the first album of 1996 "In un'altro altro" the band IMAGIN'ARIA reach their fifth album, thirteen years after their last studio work "Progetto T.I.'A.". "Exeligere" seems to keep intact the sound that has characterized the Piedmontese band since its beginnings, the strong, dynamic musicality supported by the guitar plots of Gian Luca Milan and Ivan Peasso, the ductile rhythm section of Andrea Peasso (bass) and Fabio Biffignandi (drums) ), the expressive vocality of Daniele Perico, supported in the arrangements also by keyboards and wind instruments (the excellent "La scelta migliore" is emblematic). But above all the personality and originality of the composition stand out to support texts that are never banal, the modernity of a progressive rock that was ahead in the 90s and even today does not lose pace, the result of a different maturity and a regenerated freshness.
