At only 24 years Annie, who is emerging as the revelation of the last years in the most refined and cultured music, can already boast a highly respected curriculum.
Poiltrumentista, singer-songwriter, but above all vocalist of exceptional talent, it is fresh to print his own album for the legendary Manticore Records the label of Emerson, Lake & Palmer (who in the past produced other Italian artists such as PFM and Banco), under the co-production of Greg Lake. Annie has played live and collaborated with the likes of Greg Lake, John Greaves, Robyn Hitchcock, Paul Roland and more. He sang live guest of Lake himself, Eugenio Finardi, John Greaves, Paolo Tofani, Osanna and even the Area who wanted it as a vocalist for their farewell concert; he then opened performances of
Peter Hammill, Keith Tippett, Strawbs, Ian Paice Band, James Blackshaw, Andy Irvine, Carl Palmer Band and many more.
Out for the Dark Companion a solo album where Annie explores the boundaries of avant-garde music, her other great interest with guests such as Lino Capra Vaccina, Daniel Lanois, Greg Lake, Paolo Tofani, John Greaves, Michael Tanner, Paul Roland and others.
Annie presents with amazing success a show conceived by Greg Lake for her, from the explanatory name of "Annie's Playlist" through which, alternating with the piano and the singer, she retraces the tracks that have marked her artistic formation: Genesis, Syd Barrett, King Crimson, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Yes, Beatles, Tuxedomoon, Robert Wyatt, Kevin Ayers, John Lennon, Happy Slapp, Henry Cow, Pink Floyd, Captain Beefheart, Area, Residents, Claudio Rocchi and more. Two CDs in limited edition testify to this tour where Annie currently performs in a duo with guitarist Marco Colombo, already with Gianna Nannini and other major realities.
