Missing Ink were born in Albenga (SV) in 2015. A project born from the common passion of some friends for music, who after experiences in various projects later found themselves playing together. So they decided to structure their own line-up by creating "Missing Ink".
An extremely dynamic band, it manages to offer a decidedly vast repertoire in terms of musical genres since the same elements of the group have very different influences, but never limiting listening in general. This peculiarity has become their "trademark" in the creation of unreleased songs in which the varied musical knowledge of each element stands out, blending with extreme naturalness during the development of the piece.
Their first album consists of nine songs in which the energetic, sanguine sound is a crossroads between the symphonic majesty of progressive, the modernity of rock and the singing melodiousness of AOR which makes it unique. The splendid voice of singer Gloria Berra together with Elia Colnaghi's guitar do the rest.
The lyrics of "Undrawn", intense and touching, often use surreal, fairy-tale, science fiction or fantasy scenarios as a metaphor to describe what are actually important aspects of the everyday life of all of us: the need for freedom, political oppression, the perception that we have other people's opinion towards us, homologation and conformism, awareness of ourselves and the need for redemption.
